Returns & Issues

Can I return my custom magnet?

Since all magnets are personalized, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a quality issue, please contact us, and we’ll make it right!

We want you to love your order! If your magnet is damaged in transit, email us with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement.
